I love and accept my body and I no longer live every hour to drop body fat, look shredded or be crazy fit. I love training and I love eating healthy but I love the feeling of being happy too ☺️

I love bringing you guys into my life and sharing everything with you from my recipes, family, holiday adventures and hormonal issues 🤷🏼♀️🥑
However, I feel like one thing I don't show enough of is, well...one of the most important and dominant aspects of my life. Content creation 🙌🏼
Uploading videos every three days means that I film for 1-2 days and then spending the entire 3rd day editing. Each vlog takes me around 10 hours to edit, 1 hour to create a thumbnail I'm happy with and then another hour to upload to YouTube and tweak.
I also spend around 30 hours a week on photography. While I haven't necessarily mastered the whole selfie game, I do LOVE food photography and sharing my healthy tips in a visual way.
Soooooo cheers to hour one of my ten hour editing day and I'm bringing it in with my Goji Goodness bowl 👌🏼

I've always had a love for cooking and to be honest... just food in general. I was one of those few toddlers you couldn't lose at the neighbours birthday party because you could always find me... at the food table 👧🏼💗
I was always up for trying new cuisines, testing out weird flavour combos or being that friend who would take one for the team and eat that rogue, stale looking dish at the buffet 😂
Some of my favourite memories are baking cookies or making homemade lasagna with my Mum 👩🏼🍳👧🏼 Cooking gave me the chance to mesh my two loves together: food and creativity!
Nowadays, I have added one more essential element to this 'mesh': Health 🙌🏼
I feed my creativity through recipe creation, trusting my gut, taste buds and intuition. I don't think I've ever properly read or followed a single recipe in my life. What can I say... I'm my fathers daughter and don't like rules or being told what to do 💁🏼

Right now my focus is on maintaining balance with health and fitness, feeling confident and strong but not letting my body image rule my life. Everyday I'm learning to love my body, flaws and all more and more! I truly believe that food is thy medicine and I can't wait to show you some new ingredients I've been using to try and balance out my body.

A health foodie princesses #1 food staple: FROZEN NARNIES 👸🏼🍌
Every few weeks I ask my local fruit shop to save me some over ripe bananas. You can usually ask the shop keeper if they're selling any cheap narnies because they're a little too ripe, or as I like to call them... perfect 👌🏼
We always have a huge container of frozen bananas in the freezer ready for smoothie bowls, vegan ice cream, protein shakes or even to defrost and use in my banana muffin/pancake recipes.
This week I pretty much stocked our entire freezer full of narnies in preparation for my next exciting YouTube video that will be dropping on Thursday.

How I decide what to order off a menu 🤷🏼♀️
As much as I love cooking and creating my own delicious meals at home, I've found myself eating out more regularly this month. Wether it's catching up with friends or smashing out my emails, you'll often find me at a seaside cafe equip with a huge nourish bowl, lemon water, long black with a dash of almond milk and my laptop 🙌🏼☀️
When deciding what to order/what cafe to cosy up in, here are the main elements I look for...
Spinach/kale. Greens. Eggs. Salmon. Chicken. Avo. Sweet potato. BOOM 😏
If the menu doesn't include a huge salad or 'nourish bowl' I will usually create my own by ordering a large plate of 'sides'. I'm usually craving a savoury meal so I make sure I'm eating a balanced dish in terms of proteins, carbs, fats and micronutrients. If I'm craving sweet, I'll usually opt for a smoothie bowl, protein smoothie or raw vegan dessert with a tea.
At the end of the day, I don't over complicate it or stress out when ordering food. I choose whole foods, listen to my body, enjoy my meal and eat until I'm completely satisfied ☺️ Happy Sunday Brunching sissys!!
Talk about the most surreal, humbling and amazing experience of my life! My Aussie Sezzy Sissy tour has sadly come to an end. I absolutely LOVED meeting every single one of you and it's crazy how comfortable and connected I felt with you all immediately. Thank you so much for welcoming me with open arms, being so vibrant and energetic oh... and most importantly, suggesting the most amazing healthy cafes at your local suburbs 🙌🏼🥗
While some people would celebrate the finale of such an epic tour with some relaxation and recovery... I'm not like most people 😏

Maintaining... and regaining my fitness/strength. While I allowed myself a month to rest and recover from my staph infection, I feel like I'm somewhat starting from scratch. I could sit her and justify for hours how 'my body doesn't look the same anymore' 🙄 'I've gained some body fat and lost toning' 😒 'I'm feeling unmotivated because my jeans don't fit me anymore' 😕 buttttt... #DER Obviosuly those things are going to happen when I'm living the #bloblife for 4 weeks 🤷🏼♀️
I'm in a place in my life now where I accept the elements I can't control, I love my body no matter what and I do the best I can to live with a positive mindset.
Yesterday I hit up a gym up here on the Goldcoast and smashed out an awesome Toning Power workout from week one of my eBook! I then had some extra energy so made up this fun little ball work combo. I like to incorporate bands, balls, music, timers and random pieces of equipment every now and then to mix it up!
