Since I rarely do this and am trying to get better about allowing myself to be in photos, I thought I’d say hello. Hi 👋🏼I’m Maya, your maker behind juniper + fir. Happy 2019!! A few randoms about me:
1.) I love naps, I’ve mastered this like a champ. 🛏
2.) Horror is my favorite movie genre, although I’ll admit it’s a little lacking in quality at times. 🧟♀️👻
3.) I also work in the film/tv industry as a set dresser. It is what you could call my day job even though I split it 50/50 with this. (So if there’s a lag in quality posts it’s because I’m hustling to pay the bills 😉). 🎥 🍿 📺
3.) I love archery. I go shooting when time permits (targets only). 🎯
4.) COFFEE ☕️, or else 😾
5.) Sarcasm is my default setting

Tiny tassel pieces are still my favorite look. Hoping to make more variations of this in 2019. Original versions are still available on the website, and don’t forget you can custom request your wrap colors if blue isn’t your jam.

Restocking one small batch of this little dude on driftwood; made to order. After it’s sold out, future versions will be made on a wooden dowel as I phase out some of the pieces, and the use of driftwood.

Holiday feather frenzy ➰All holiday orders are now closed, and I will be taking a brief break after Xmas. You can still place orders at this time; just know that all new orders will begin the making process/lead times in the new year.

Today is the last day of the sale, don’t forget to check it out. After December, feather pieces will go down to only a couple styles so that I can move on to new pieces that have been brewing in my brain for the new year.
