We’ve won a dozen awards for our Ucayali bar, including the Triple MMM Award from the International Chocolate Awards. We’ve become synonymous with this cacao, which is the single highest quality we’ve ever worked with. Incredibly complex, the tasting notes swing from caramel on the start to a warm mocha and a light red fruit and woodsy finish. We sell more Ucayali bars than any other bar we make. It’s a must-have!
