In true Sezzy style, I have some suuuuperr exciting surprises in store for you. I’ve been dropping subtle hints and sneak peeks of this project for a while and it’s just about time to release it to my sissys!
I’m literally STILL in my bralette and dressing gown because I’ve been working like a mad woman for the past 4 hours getting everything ready for tomorrow’s shoot.
You guys know I pour EVERYTHING into each project I undertake. From the brainstorming meetings, development, sampling and IG/YouTube reveals I honestly live for this process. It’s supposed to rain and storm at one of my locations tomorrow which is naarrrtttt good because I’m going for a desert vibe for one of the photos. Ahh just praying that the clouds stay strong for just ONE photo haha.

9 more weeks until my due date and I’m just getting more and more excited! Not only do I have crazy amounts of love for our little bubba in my tummy, but I’ve also developed a new kind of love for my body.
Staying motivated to exercise and be active throughout this pregnancy has honestly been SO much easier and enjoyable than I anticipated! Sure throughout my first trimester I took it super easy, slept a lot and really lacked motivation in terms of health and fitness, however... second and third trimester BOOM!!! I’m just here living my best life!
Although I’m LOVING the pregnancy experience, I always want to make sure I’m not sugar coating or glorifying it. Recently my pubic bone aka... my vag💁🏼♀️ has been giving me a dull ache (not painful just not comfy). Before it can develop into anything more serious or complicated, I’m heading off the a pelvic floor specialist and physio to get assessed! Especially after our birthing course yesterday, we learnt how important it is to have your pelvis aligned for birth. I’ll be going more in depth about my birth plan, but for now, I’m doing EVERYTHING in my power to have the most natural, intervention free birth as possible!

The recipe for my blue spirulina mermaid bowl🧜🏼♀️💫
I know we’re almost immune to the word ‘superfood’ but seriously, if there was one that I truly believe in, it’s spirulina! I started using it when I was 18 for my hormonal acne and haven’t looked back!
For me and my body, the main benefits I utilise it for is it’s absorbent and easily digestible iron, vitamin b and magnesium! Gotta love them youthful properties #milflifeprep
💙 1/2 tsp @tropeaka spirulina
💙 1 Tbsp @tropeaka vanilla lean protein
💙 1/2 frozen banana
💙 1/2 cup frozen mango
💙 coconut water/ice
💙 coconut yogurt
💙 psyllium husk

Particularly after 3pm, my sweet tooth is ALIVE and wanting to partay! This is when I try to save my smoothies/smoothie bowls for.
This way I can at least get a good hit of vegan based protein in my diet (my current fave and OG flavour will probs always be vanilla lean protein by @tropeaka )
Honestly, I struggle getting adequate amounts of protein in my diet right now (I need a little extra in my third trimester) because all I crave is fruit and don’t really feel like any of my normal go-to protein sources. Smoothies and bowls also give me the chance to add extra sneaky superfoods into my diet, like my bae... spirulina🙌🏼
You guys know I’ve been a spirulina sissy for YEARS now and first discovered it to help heal my hormonal acne. Definitely in my top 5 fave superfoods of all time!

Ok so I’ve booked Kurt and I into a weekend course all about labour and delivery. It’s going to run us through breathing techniques, positions, coping strategies and how your support person can assist in the birth...
I know Kurt. I know him all too well. Anything that involves exercise balls, yoga mats or breathing techniques will have this boy extremely distracted and cracking jokes the entire weekend. I’m personally really intrigued and strangely excited for labour but I thought a birthing class would be great to help Kurt feel more confident in being by my side. I struggle to keep him focused for a one hour meeting let alone a two day course 👨🏼🤯 wish me luck sissys. My normal diet vs. preggy diet.
Ok first of all, when I use the word ‘diet’ I’m literally referring to the way I eat, I don’t count calories, track macros, restrict myself or follow a strict set of rules. Saying diet is just easier💁🏼♀️
Now that I’m in my third trimester and my super strange food cravings have disappeared, I’m essentially eating the same as pre-preggy Sez. I eat a paleo based diet that has me consuming loads of fresh vegetables, fruit, nuts, eggs, some meat and extra superfood goodies.
The major difference has been the frequency of my meals as I get hungry SO quickly and regularly even more than I used to (I’ve always had a big appetite though). I also eat a lot more fruit and healthy carbs like buckwheat pasta, quinoa and paleo bread than I used to. This hasn’t even been a conscious decision, I’m just really in sync with my body nowadays and find it easy to listen and respond to its queues.
I eat when I’m hungry, drink water every couple of minutes (and pee every couple of minutes 😂🤰🏼). I’m just driving home from a midwife appointment now and bubba is tracking along perfectly! He moves SO much and is sitting really low in my uterus! 2009 vs. 2019🙌🏼
I actually struggled finding a variety of photos from this year on my old hard drive but it was seriously the craziest trip down memory lane.
In 2009 I was in year 11 and not particularly enjoying high school. I always felt like I was a little on the outside of my friendship circle and there was constantly #girldrama happening at our school. I was going to parties, binge drinking and without realising also rapidly gaining weight and making my hormonal acne worse. I was on the pill to try and balance my hormones and I ate like crap!
2009 was Sarah who acted confident... but wasn’t. I was lucky to have amazing sisters, parents, one incredible bestie (who I met on the first day of year 7 and is STILL one of the most important people in my life), and a boyfriend (now my ex but he was great) who was my everything and actually a really good influence on me.
I started noticing the people around me and my ‘friends’ weren’t exactly doing the things that I wanted to do or even having my back like I would have for them.
It was at this age that I started asking myself... who do I want to be and who should I surround myself with to genuinely be the best and kindest version of myself?💗☀️ #thankunext #10yearchallenge #tenyearchallenge

Oh my gosh I’ve honestly been in absolute shock all day!! I remember writing this down as a goal of mine over three years ago and thinking how unrealistic it was. I remember jumping off the wall at University when I hit 100k subscribers, crying of happiness (and pain because I broke my foot haha) and thinking 1million would be impossible!!
As much as I wanted to take the most extravagant, celebratory, over the top photo to mark this amazing achievement... this shot is the reality.
This right here is how I reached my goal. My content is essentially a one man show. I brainstorm ideas, film my life and then spend a minimum of 10 hours editing each video, every three days.
Being able to call myself a full time YouTuber is absolutely insane to me! This wasn’t even a job, a platform or a possibility when I was sitting down in year 2 writing down what I wanted to be when I grow up.
I LOVE what I do and have YOU to thank for it!
Thank you for sticking by my side and believing in me since day one! Back in 2013 from my tiny bedroom in my parents house, I documented my life, going to uni, going through break ups, health issues, hormonal imbalances and everything in between. Thank you for being apart of my family and seriously feeling like my best friends. I wish I could put into words how grateful and humbled I am about this achievement but I honestly can’t.

INTENSE lower body/cardio circuit!
When I reached the point of my pregnancy where I could no longer run, jump, twist or bounce around, I couldn’t imagine how I was going to maintain my fitness and endurance. I LOVE plyometrics and usually spike my heart rate and get my booty burning with all things jumping! Right now I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I must admit... I’m still LOVING my workouts!
Definitely incorporate 4 rounds of this fat burning, booty and leg sculpting circuit into your next workout! ☀️Repeat each exercise straight after one another with no break. Once you have completed all 4 exercises, rest for 45secs-1min and repeat 4 times
1️⃣Ankle weights (2.5kg each) reverse lunge ski for 100 metres. This is a full body exercise that safely engages my core and upper body without strain. The ankle weights make it extra challenging!
2️⃣Ankle weighted regular ski for 100 metres. Go as hard and fast as you can, this is where you can spike your heart rate and promote fat burning!
3️⃣Ankle weighted straight leg lateral raises. Keep the supporting knee out and don’t let it buckle in! Keep the pulsing leg off the ground and concentrate on your outer gluten these BURN!! I like to lean on this bar to release any strain or tension from my back. Preferably pulse until fail but aim for 10!
3️⃣3x sled push! Now that your heart rate has settled during the lateral leg raises, here’s your chance to get sweaty again!
4️⃣Exercise ball wall hold/pulse. I like to use the ball to protect my back and focus on my quads! Keep weight on your heels and hold for 30secs. Superset with 3 pulses and a squat (5 times) then completely burn out with 10 regular standing squats.
