In a world full of swiping, scrolling, double taping and screenshoting, it’s hard not to compare ourselves to others. I’m all for inspiring one another and establishing sources of motivation but there’s always that fine line between comparison and inspiration.
You don’t need to have the BEST body, the BEST clothes, the BEST creative ideas to have YOUR BEST life. I don’t have the most shredded abs on YouTube, the longest, luscious locks on Instagram or the craziest yoga skills in my fitness programs. But... I try my best.
I love my body and the activities in enables me to do. Sure there are things I’ve had to hiiiiiiiggly encourage (aka force) myself to love about me, but I’m honestly getting better at it every single day.
I know it can be hard sissy’s but here’s a sneaky reminder to live in the NOW and accept, appreciate and nourish your body in the present. You don’t need a crazy transformation to be happy. You just need a ‘stoked on life’ attitude 😎

Woke up needing an SSD: Sezzy Style Detox✨
I know I’m a go-go-go kind of human. I’m always filming, editing, creating or working on an exciting project. I’m proud that I work extremely hard and love what I do but on the other hand... I’ve learnt to live in the moment and live FTM #forthemems
This trip to Byron is something I will remember forever and I’m honestly so proud of both Kurt and I for finally finding that balance between work and play. Although I LOVE the gym, feeling fit annnnddd I may have a super important fitness shoot next weekend 🤷🏼♀️I try to look at the bigger picture.
Without sounding like a classic Pinterest life quote haha (seriously though) just try your hardest to be happy, content, energetic and love yourself. An old version of me would feel guilty about living it up in Byron and not be in the gym, doing HIIT and eating saaahhh hashtag clean for my photo shoot. I make a daily effort to live in the moment and soak up the memories.
This morning I woke up with a puffy tummy, face and lips haha (even ask Soph) my body was not feeling great after a sodium filled tapas style dinner so I started my morning with a juice to promote detoxification.
Be kind to your body, your mind and your soul. I can be my biggest critic and sometimes I need to remind myself to just smile and... be content.
Just trying to capture those rare moments in life where my OOTD consists of a little more than sweaty tights, crops and runners!

I’m sitting down in an hour to film one of my most highly requested videos: a huge @tropeaka haul/superfood explanation video. I’ll be going through most of their products and giving you my honest opinion about which ones I use, how and why!
This has been something I’ve wanted to do for such a long time now so I’ll also be celebrating the video with a HUGE giveaway!! More will be revealed at the end of the vid!

THE SNACK HACK🍇
It’s no secret that I’m a serious snacker! In the past I’ve tried the whole ‘strictly three meals a day’ thing but honestly... I just don’t enjoy yet. Snacking between my meals genuinely keeps me happy, full and content. When I’m not devouring my @healthlab protein balls or slurping on my @tropeaka smoothies, here’s a little look at some of my go-to snakaazzzzz. I thought this might be helpful to show as most of these ingredients can be found at any grocery store!
⭐️Pineapple & Red Grapes
⭐️Activated mixed nuts (the activation process really helps with digestion and nutrient absorption)
⭐️Raw Veggies like purple carrots
⭐️Chunky Coconut Flakes
⭐️Organic dried cranberries
Listening to my body and cravings helps me determine what snack to grab. Majority of the time it’s a handful of these nuts and some fruit. Right now I’m just loving pineapple and activated hazelnuts! Definitely give the combo a try!

It’s crazy how a single human can completely transform your attitude, perspective and overall life.
I’ve opened up my life to you guys, vlogging the tears, the laughter, the heartbreak and the accomplishments. One of the most prevalent comments on my channel has been about meeting @kjtilse and how he brought an unexplainable spark to my eye, constant smile to my face and giggle to my voice.
Catching up with my parents the other day, they asked if Kurt was always genuinely that... happy and caring ALL of the time. It made me stop and think for a second. I couldn’t believe I could honestly answer with yes. Kurt you’re seriously one of a kind and I have no idea what I did in life to deserve you not only as my boyfriend, but my best friend.
Oh and... thank you for always putting the seat down AND inspecting my foot blister last night and telling me you still think I’m pretty 😂😘you’re a keeper!
Alleviate anxiety, boost brainpower, sharpen memory and tap into creativity✨so sissys... I guess that means you better start practising your elevation handstands! Haha no, no, I’m totally kidding. Well... sort of🤔
Multiple studies have proven time and time again that physical activity can literally change your life from a mental and emotional stand point.
Personally, I think one of the most important components in achieving these benefits is finding a form of physical activity YOU love. Like many of us, I go through phases. Sometimes it’s running, beach walks or learning to surf. Other times it’s practicing my handstands or chasing Kurt down the street with a water pistol. Kidding... but not really 😎
Right now I’m absolutely LOVING long walks with my friends in the afternoon and practising my inversions on the beach. Moving my body doesn’t JUST mean sweaty shredders or toning powers in the gym. Every day I truly try to listen to my body and move in a way that feeds my physical AND emotional needs. Seriously though, life’s too short to dread your workouts and feel anxious about training. It’s time we celebrate our bodies and work WITH it!
Does anyone have any unique ways they love to get active?
P.S these ‘sticks’ are called hands and my amazing Dad made them from scratch as my birthday pressie two years ago. Thanks Dad 😘
Why I don’t like to label myself...
Here are a few staple ingredients I grabbed out of my kitchen pantry to show you.
Although I often identify myself as a paleo-based eater, this is just my way of explaining my diet in a super brief blanket statement. There’s a lot of conflicting research and opinions surrounding quinoa and buckinis and if it’s ‘paleo’ or not, but to be honest... I literally couldn’t care less 🤷🏼♀️
I listen to MY body and eat what makes ME feel good. I think everyone’s body and digestion is a little different and there’s definitely no ‘one size fits all’ approach to nutrition. I suppose if I was going to create a food pyramid that’s unique to me, here’s what it would look like...

BYRON! Hahah I’m sorry sistas!! As much as our whimsical, white dress, beach selfie looked a lot like something else (👰🏼) it was literally just @kjtilse and I mucking around on the beach and getting cool photos with the beautiful sunset.

I CANNOT WAIT for this Friday because @kjtilse and I are off to Byron! Kurt is actually filming a commercial up there so I decided to tag along as his assistant. We will both be vlogging different elements of the trip and for once I’m actually going to THINK and PLAN before I pack. The purpose of this trip is more work and content related than it is relaxation, but shooting cool imagery is our greatest passion so we honestly can’t wait!
