Woke up needing an SSD: Sezzy Style Detox✨ I know I’m a go-go-go kind of human. I’m always filming, editing, creating or working on an exciting project. I’m proud that I work extremely hard and love what I do but on the other hand... I’ve learnt to live in the moment and live FTM #forthemems This trip to Byron is something I will remember forever and I’m honestly so proud of both Kurt and I for finally finding that balance between work and play. Although I LOVE the gym, feeling fit annnnddd I may have a super important fitness shoot next weekend 🤷🏼‍♀️I try to look at the bigger picture. Without sounding like a classic Pinterest life quote haha (seriously though) just try your hardest to be happy, content, energetic and love yourself. An old version of me would feel guilty about living it up in Byron and not be in the gym, doing HIIT and eating saaahhh hashtag clean for my photo shoot. I make a daily effort to live in the moment and soak up the memories. This morning I woke up with a puffy tummy, face and lips haha (even ask Soph) my body was not feeling great after a sodium filled tapas style dinner so I started my morning with a juice to promote detoxification. ✨Turmeric ✨Ginger ✨Lemon ✨Black Pepper ✨Mint ✨Pineapple Be kind to your body, your mind and your soul. I can be my biggest critic and sometimes I need to remind myself to just smile and... be content.

Ok you’ve literally gotttttt.... 60 minutes!! I’m sitting down in an hour to film one of my most highly requested videos: a huge @tropeaka haul/superfood explanation video. I’ll be going through most of their products and giving you my honest opinion about which ones I use, how and why! THE SNACK HACK🍇 It’s no secret that I’m a serious snacker! In the past I’ve tried the whole ‘strictly three meals a day’ thing but honestly... I just don’t enjoy yet. Snacking between my meals genuinely keeps me happy, full and content. When I’m not devouring my @healthlab protein balls or slurping on my @tropeaka smoothies, here’s a little look at some of my go-to snakaazzzzz. I thought this might be helpful to show as most of these ingredients can be found at any grocery store! ⭐️Pineapple & Red Grapes ⭐️Activated mixed nuts (the activation process really helps with digestion and nutrient absorption) ⭐️Raw Veggies like purple carrots ⭐️Chunky Coconut Flakes ⭐️Organic dried cranberries Listening to my body and cravings helps me determine what snack to grab. Majority of the time it’s a handful of these nuts and some fruit. Right now I’m just loving pineapple and activated hazelnuts! Definitely give the combo a try! It’s crazy how a single human can completely transform your attitude, perspective and overall life. I’ve opened up my life to you guys, vlogging the tears, the laughter, the heartbreak and the accomplishments. One of the most prevalent comments on my channel has been about meeting @kjtilse and how he brought an unexplainable spark to my eye, constant smile to my face and giggle to my voice. Catching up with my parents the other day, they asked if Kurt was always genuinely that... happy and caring ALL of the time. It made me stop and think for a second. I couldn’t believe I could honestly answer with yes. Kurt you’re seriously one of a kind and I have no idea what I did in life to deserve you not only as my boyfriend, but my best friend. Oh and... thank you for always putting the seat down AND inspecting my foot blister last night and telling me you still think I’m pretty 😂😘you’re a keeper!

Alleviate anxiety, boost brainpower, sharpen memory and tap into creativity✨so sissys... I guess that means you better start practising your elevation handstands! Haha no, no, I’m totally kidding. Well... sort of🤔 Multiple studies have proven time and time again that physical activity can literally change your life from a mental and emotional stand point. Personally, I think one of the most important components in achieving these benefits is finding a form of physical activity YOU love. Like many of us, I go through phases. Sometimes it’s running, beach walks or learning to surf. Other times it’s practicing my handstands or chasing Kurt down the street with a water pistol. Kidding... but not really 😎 Right now I’m absolutely LOVING long walks with my friends in the afternoon and practising my inversions on the beach. Moving my body doesn’t JUST mean sweaty shredders or toning powers in the gym. Every day I truly try to listen to my body and move in a way that feeds my physical AND emotional needs. Seriously though, life’s too short to dread your workouts and feel anxious about training. It’s time we celebrate our bodies and work WITH it! Does anyone have any unique ways they love to get active? P.S these ‘sticks’ are called hands and my amazing Dad made them from scratch as my birthday pressie two years ago. Thanks Dad 😘

Why I don’t like to label myself... Here are a few staple ingredients I grabbed out of my kitchen pantry to show you. 🥞Buckinis 🍚Quinoa 🍝Buckwheat Pasta 🍞Paleo Bread Although I often identify myself as a paleo-based eater, this is just my way of explaining my diet in a super brief blanket statement. There’s a lot of conflicting research and opinions surrounding quinoa and buckinis and if it’s ‘paleo’ or not, but to be honest... I literally couldn’t care less 🤷🏼‍♀️ I listen to MY body and eat what makes ME feel good. I think everyone’s body and digestion is a little different and there’s definitely no ‘one size fits all’ approach to nutrition. I suppose if I was going to create a food pyramid that’s unique to me, here’s what it would look like... 🙌🏼FRUITS + VEGGIES 👏🏼CHICKPEAS, EGGS + ORGANIC MEAT 🤚🏼PESUDO GRAINS ✌🏼NUTS + SEEDS 👌🏼SUPERFOOD POWDERS + TREATS

Annnnnddddd the anticlimax... BYRON! Hahah I’m sorry sistas!! As much as our whimsical, white dress, beach selfie looked a lot like something else (👰🏼) it was literally just @kjtilse and I mucking around on the beach and getting cool photos with the beautiful sunset. But seriously though, you guys would be the first to know if any exciting life changes of mine in the future 😘 I CANNOT WAIT for this Friday because @kjtilse and I are off to Byron! Kurt is actually filming a commercial up there so I decided to tag along as his assistant. We will both be vlogging different elements of the trip and for once I’m actually going to THINK and PLAN before I pack. The purpose of this trip is more work and content related than it is relaxation, but shooting cool imagery is our greatest passion so we honestly can’t wait! Food anxiety and eating out 🥗😕 This is something I used to struggle with, but honestly... I forgot about it until this week. A close friend of mine is making a huge effort to transform her life and start fueling her body with healthy, whole foods. I suppose because I’ve been eating this way for such a long time, I find it pretty easy to eat almost anywhere. I’ve scoped out literally every healthy cafe around my area and could probabaly list out every healthy meal they offer 😂 #imatruefoodie However, I was reminded how difficult this can be to get the hang of, when my friend called me feeling deflated and overwhelmed. Trying to order a healthy brekkie, she began to second guess herself. Somewhere she read that eggs were high in protein, but then she also heard that a juice cleanse was great so maybe she should go for the green smoothie. Reading the menu over and over again, she ended up sending me a picture message with the caption HELP! If you’re feeling like this right now, first of all... it’s ok. You’re not a failure and you’re not stupid. I know it’s hard but for now just try and trusts your instincts and don’t over complicate it. Eat REAL food and include a diverse range of COLOUR on your plate (and I don’t mean from skittles or fruit loops haha). I like to fill my entire plate with vegetables and always include a healthy source of fat like avo, nuts or flaxseeds/cold pressed oils. Everyone’s body is a little bit different and I think it’s super important we respect that. Listen to your body, be kind to yourself and just do the best you can. No ones perfect, I mean... imagine if we were... How boring 😘 #bekind #becaring #empowereachother

This is me right now, trying to get dressed and act cool 😎... when I’m not feeling cool at all. Time for some real talk and a brief daily update. Today was a battle in all aspects really. Last night I traded in this lovely bed for the bathroom floor. Without getting into the dirty deets, let’s just say that violent food poisoning wanted to holla at me from 1am-5am 🤙🏼 As much as I wanted to retreat to my bedroom and hibernate for the day, I had to suck it up and go to my follow up gynocologist appt about my CINIII (abnormal cells on my cervix) My mum dropped me home and I just wanted to blob and fall in and out of sleep in front of my cooking Netflix shows. My emails were coming through like a cyclone, and when I wasn’t responding, the emails turned into text messages, phone calls and DM’s. Looking at my diary, calculating I only have 13 days until a HUGELY important photo shoot then realising I had to cancel my boxing session and instead was demolishing a tub of vegan ice cream (it’s all my tummy wanted) made me feel so...grumpy. I could tell I was about to start feeling sorry for myself and convincing myself that all my hard work in the gym and eating so healthy was reversing. This is not a post to feel sorry for myself or to get your sympathy. I just want to be real, raw and honest and let you guys know that I have those days too. When everything seems too good to be true, we’re often thrown little challenges to test our resilience and positivity. I’m out of the house now because one of my best friends is taking me out to the movies (I’ve warned her I’m going to be a sicky sook girl haha) Fingers crossed that tomorrow’s better!

Kicking up my smoothie bowl game... a layer 😏🍌 Yep! This is the kind of creations I come up with when I’m a little indecisive. It’s no secret that I love banana, vanilla and açai berry. These are ingredients I’ve been using in most of my summer smoothie recipes. I couldn’t decide out of vanilla bean, banana or açai berry sooo... I did both!! BASE LAYER: Antioxidant Acai ⭐️Frozen Blueberries ⭐️Frozen Bananas ⭐️Açai Powder @tropeaka ⭐️Goji Berry Powder @tropeaka TOP LAYER: Vanilla Bean Banana ⭐️Frozen Banana ⭐️Vanilla Powder ⭐️Vanilla Lean Protein @tropeaka ⭐️Maca Powder @tropeaka In between each layer I’ve scattered my homemade deluxe mix, full of caramelised buckinis, white mulberries and nuts! I’ll be honest, this is probably the prettiest smoothie creation I’ve ever made!

I’ve never really considered myself a ‘girls-girl’. Growing up, majority of my best friends were boys and my next door neighbour Blake was like my right arm. We played spy kids in the backyard with our walkie talkies, rode our electric scooters pretending they were motorbikes and hid our stuffed animals in the trees to create a safari jungle world. While I also loved fashion, pink and playing with my barbies, I often found it hard and intimidating to fit in with the girls. I had anxiety about being excluded or made fun of. Picking sides and dealing with playground conflict would literally make my heart race in panic. I remember searching the playground for my sisters and just wanting to give them a hug or sit by them for a while, just to relax. To feel accepted. Being a kid is hard. Being a teenager is even harder. High school dynamics can be painful and if you’re like me, it can be hard to find that handful of girls you genuinely love and feel connected to. I honestly feel so lucky and grateful now at the age of 25 that I am surrounded by the most incredible girls on the planet! Your vibe attracts your tribe and I can honestly say that my best friends bring out the best in me! If you’re currently feeling alone, insecure or anxious about friends, I just want you to know that I’ve been there! I’ve been through those feelings and it’s horrible. My biggest piece of advice is to not compromise on your values, morals and personality. Be kind, caring and true to yourself and before you know it, your tribe will be there! Some days I sit back and think where I would be without my sisters (like... my actual blood family sisters haha). Thank you Emi and Tahlz for ALWAYS being there for me, even in the school playground. I hope my future children will show each other the love that you both showed me when I felt so alone and vulnerable ✨

The absolute highlight of my day, NO... my life 🙌🏼 Unfortunately gals, this is not my beautiful blonde haired bubba, matter of fact, I didn’t even know her name at the time this photo was being taken 😂 Attempting to manage my peaking maternal heart right now, I literally paid $5 to enter this petting farm to play with the baby animals. This farmers market was honestly full of the kindest, chilled and relaxed people ever! So when a family noticed I was more infatuated with their gorgeous child... than I was with the mini piglet, they asked if I wanted to hold her 😂👌🏼 hahaha ah man, I didn’t realise my motherly instincts were coming off so strong. Sissy Dates 🍎🥦 Today my older sis Emi and I went on an adventure down the coast to explore some healthy, foodies markets! My soul is honestly just feeling so full and content right now gals! A day spent with my sister, shopping for organic vegetables with my farm girl basket while sipping on a #lbwadoam I mean... it doesn’t get much better than that! (Lol jokes IT DOES! Sezzy Saturday Spreads🥦🥙🥑 To me - this is the perfect weekend vibe! Cooking for people is honestly the main way I show my love. I wouldn’t say I’m the most affectionate person on the planet, and I’m not often one to express my feelings verbally, but if I cook you dinner... safe to say you’re a permanent resident in my heart. If someone’s sad, I make them healthy treats, if someone’s run-down I prepare them dinner. If my sisters are heartbroken, I’m the first to create a healthy deluxe chocolate extravaganza to mend the soul. I used to think that all people were like this, but... they’re not. It took me a while to realise that people show their love in different ways, and that’s ok! My mum is a caregiver and nurturer. She will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to succeed. My dad is a provider and protector. My sisters are both quite affectionate and are great at using their words to show how they feel. Kurt is extremely affectionate and verbal. If I hold his hand or initiate a hug, that’s basically the equivalent of me receiving a vegan cake 😍 I think it’s really important to show our love in a way that is authentic and true to ourselves, but... it’s also important to understand that your gestures may be overlooked. This doesn’t mean your guests aren’t grateful or happy, it just means they acknowledge love and connection in different ways. I knew Kurt had a super busy day at work so I decided to show him some support by creating this healthy Vietnamese inspired cinnamon beef lettuce cups (yes the lettuce is from our garden woo). Even though I know I could have simply held his hand to make him feel the same level of love and support, I genuinely thrive off cooking for people. The kitchen is one place I feel calm, creative and in control 🙌🏼 how do you like to show your love!?

Preparing myself for an epic functional Friday 🙌🏼 So my plan to wake up and head straight to the gym for my full body workout diiiiidddn’t quite happen 🤷🏼‍♀️Honestly, some days I just wake up not in the mood to train. I’m sure pretty much everyone here can relate to those feels 🙋🏼‍♀️ Instead of forcing myself and going against my body/mind, I’ve reworked my day to gain some motivation! I’m powering through loads of housework and errands right now so that later this afternoon I’ll have a fresh mind and attitude towards training🙌🏼 Some days I think it’s important to push through and stick to your workout routine, but today... I will cherish the next 24 hours until I return to the sweaty shredder, slick bun life 🤷🏼‍♀️ #fitfirlproblems P.S for those interested - I asked for natural, maintainable blonde. He did a mix of foils around my hairline (for when I have it in a high bun) and then free hand painted in some random highlights.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY🌈✨ Woohoooo who’s excited for my next vlog!? I’m currently at the hairdressers, chillin with a #foilfro 😂 editing my full day of eating vlog! Seriously, a huge bowl of vibrant, rainbow vegetables gets me so excited! I’m actually a sweaty, red-faced mess who rushed home from boxing to have a beach swim with my sissy @sopholloway_ before she had to leave to teach her next dance class. I think it’s super important to get our priorities in check! Instead of staying at the gym longer and working on my booty gains, I decided that THIS was more important. I know I go on and on about #priorities but honestly gals, it really is so so important. I LOVE being fit, sweaty and strong, buttttt I love my sistass more! When fitness chicks go on about sacrifices and the daily grind, I totally get it. But quality time with my friends and family is something I would never sacrifice! I live for the mems 😎👌🏼

After spending our entire weekend researching dog breeds, finding loopholes in the ‘no pets’ policy of our apartment and emotionally bonding with puppies... that aren’t ours, we decided to temporarily fill the void and purchase our very first art piece! We have been searching for an image for above our lounge for almost a year so we were super excited to come across this one today! Creating our little coastal home together honestly feeds my soul and makes me feel even closer to Kurtle. I love decorating our space together and having pieces if both of us mesh in together (lucky we have similar style though). But back to the important stuff... puppies. We love our apartment and don’t want to get evicted for breaching the no pet policy but.... my doggy maternal senses are in overload!! We seriously don’t know what to do! I’m not a rule breaker but... I want to fix my broken puppy heart too #beachpuppygoals
